Well, I tend to write programs once in awhile, but not enough to keep all of the basic syntax stuff in my head. I’ve been meaning to construct a cheat sheet of some sort so that I don’t have to keep googling for really basic stuff while I get my footing again. I’m finding that writing the cheat sheet is a better refresher exercise than my normal mode where I spend a few weeks going through a bunch of rudimentary toy programs. I’ve got a long way to go — and I need to figure out a way to laminate three 8.5” x 11” sheets into some sort of tri-fold, but this is a start.
